Plater fabricator & Welders Required
Global Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking experienced Platers & Welders to support our clients operations. We pride ourselves on delivering the very best service to both clients and candidates, and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team.
Location: Coatbridge
Duties & Experience:
- Welding/fabrication of heavy structures such as bridges, vessels, or ships
- Ability to produce high-quality welds to a good visual standard
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Contract & Hours:
- Temporary & Permanent positions available
- Dayshift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Nightshift: Monday - Friday & Thursday, 8:00 pm - 6:00 am (9.5 hours paid, 0.5-hour unpaid break)
- Overtime available, paid after 39 hours
Pay Rates:
- Dayshift: £22 per hour
- Nightshift: £28 per hour
- Enhanced rates for overtime
Payment Model: CIS/Umbrella PAYE available after 13 weeks
