This is a hands-on Quality Assurance role supporting clinical development within an advanced therapeutics biotech. The position partners closely with CMC, Clinical, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded across development and execution as the organisation scales. The team is looking for someone high-energy, pragmatic and emotionally intelligent, who can operate confidently in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and act as a true Quality partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide QA support across development and clinical-stage activities, including manufacturing-related work
  • Support and maintain quality systems, documentation, and processes
  • Partner closely with CMC, Clinical, and Operational teams to ensure compliance while enabling progress
  • Support audits, inspections, and external partners/CDMOs as required
  • Act as a pragmatic Quality partner, balancing compliance with pace and execution
Requirements
  • Experience in Quality Assurance within biotech or pharmaceutical environments
  • Exposure to development-stage / clinical quality activities (CMC-facing experience beneficial)
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functional
  • Ability to work onsite in London (4 days/week)
