Our client, Cosz Enterprise UK Ltd, is a UK-based cosmetics and beauty products company specialising in cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, makeup accessories, and private-label OEM and OBM products. The company works with manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and private-label customers in the UK and international markets. As part of its continued development and expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing activities, strengthen its brand presence, and develop new commercial opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy;
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate digital and traditional marketing campaigns;
  • Manage the company’s website, social media, and digital marketing activities;
  • Conduct market research and monitor customer demand, competitors, and industry trends;
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities;
  • Develop marketing opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and private-label customers;
  • Manage marketing materials, product catalogues, online content, and advertisements;
  • Monitor marketing performance, customer enquiries, and campaign results;
  • Manage the marketing budget and external marketing suppliers;
  • Work closely with the product development team to align marketing strategies.
