Leading International Investment Bank, based in the City is seeking a highly organised, hardworking and professional Co-ordinator to join their Corporate Access team and support the programme of non-deal Roadshows.
This exciting and high profile role will be responsible for:
- Organising roadshows, investor meetings and events across London
- Sourcing and booking venues
- Organising speakers
- Managing travel and accommodation logistics
- Managing invitation lists
- Ensuring the smooth running of programmes
You will need to possess previous experience of organising Roadshows in a high volume multi-event environment, ideally from one of the major Investment Banks, and first class organisational skills gained within the financial markets or Investment Banking sectors. Experience of co-ordinating projects and ideally some corporate events organisational experience is also required.
Probably a Graduate, with approx 2-4 years relevant experience, you will thrive in a fast paced and demanding office based environment, where you can grow and develop your career. This is a contract to permanent role.
