We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives across networking, systems, security, and end-user computing. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong technical foundation who can drive delivery across complex, enterprise-scale environments. The role offers potential progression into team leadership, with initial focus on proving delivery capability across a broad infrastructure landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across multiple domains (network, server, EUC)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and support
- Drive project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Oversee implementation of resilient, scalable infrastructure solutions
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across projects
- Support global infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
Core Technical Requirements
- Networking (BGP, HSRP, Load balancing, Proxy technologies, Network perimeter security)
- Security (Server security, End-user / endpoint security and protection)
- Systems & Storage (Databases and enterprise storage (filers), VPN technologies, Replication and resilience strategies)
- Cloud (Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- End User Computing (EUC) (Desktop deployment and support, Familiarity with tools such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Modern productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT))
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects in complex environments
- Strong understanding of both networking and server infrastructure (balanced skillset is key)
- Solid generalist technology background across multiple infrastructure domains
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications such as: CCNA, VM ware (VCP-DCV) or similar
- Other infrastructure certifications (e.g. CDCMP, CDCFOM)
- Prior experience in a lead or team management capacity
