THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Games Manager to lead the operational lifecycle of casino game content across multiple jurisdictions and casino verticals. This pivotal role manages game integrations, regulatory coordination, roadmap execution, and team performance, serving as the key link between internal stakeholders and external providers. You will lead a cross-functional team and play a strategic role in content delivery, compliance, and commercial alignment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Game Integrations & Operations: Oversee technical onboarding of new game providers and tools across regulated and .com markets. Liaise with Compliance, CRM, Development, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
- Game Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end process of game releases, from scheduling and configuration to go-live tracking and post-launch support across multiple jurisdictions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a central Games Team, including a Project Manager, Content Manager and Data Entry Operators. Define KPIs, conduct regular coaching, and drive performance.
- Regulatory & Documentation Oversight: Ensure all game content meets regulatory standards (e.g., UKGC, ADM, HGC). Maintain up-to-date documentation on processes and provider protocols.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for external game providers and lead internal communications around roadmap changes, delays, and strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Projects: Support delivery of key commercial and regulatory projects, including market expansions, audits and special content initiatives.
Person Specifications
- Proven experience in online gaming operations, game content management, or casino integrations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (UKGC, HGC, etc.).
- Must have team handling experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Keen understanding of marketing tactics and player behaviours & preferences across different segments, products and markets.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management and documentation skills.
- Existing relationships with Game providers will be a benefit.
