GIRIF Health Solutions is a mission-driven social enterprise tackling preventable diseases and maternal health in rural Africa. We are transitioning a proven NGO (with 30+ community health workers on the ground) into a self-sustaining, technology-powered health platform.
What you will own:
- Full technology strategy, roadmap and architecture
- MVP delivery within 4 months
- Technical hiring and engineering culture
- B2B health analytics dashboard for NGOs and corporates
- Future: telehealth, appointment booking, health reminders
You bring:
- 2+ years in software engineering, 2+ in a leadership role
- Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter or similar)
- Startup mindset: you build, ship, and iterate fast.
