Who We Are

We are a fast growing marketing and business development company based in Angel Islington London. We run face to face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UKs biggest household brands and we are expanding.

The Role

You will be out in the field from day one. Working directly with customers representing major UK brands and delivering live marketing campaigns. No two days look the same. The pace is fast. The feedback is instant. And if you perform you will move up quickly. This is for people who want to actually do something. Not watch someone else do it.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Getting in front of real customers and representing established UK brands
  • Running and contributing to live marketing campaigns
  • Tracking your performance and pushing your own results
  • Building communication sales and leadership skills through real experience
  • Taking on more responsibility as you grow

Progression

Within your first 6 - 12 months we will give the information, training and resources for you to see real growth, moving into leadership positions and taking on responsibility working with our clients. No seniority queue. No waiting around. You earn your progression here. The people managing our teams right now started exactly where you would be starting.

Training

You will not be thrown in the deep end without support. From day one you get:

  • One to one mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Structured training in customer engagement campaign delivery and performance
  • Ongoing development sessions as you take on more responsibility
  • Real exposure to how a growing business operates at every level

Who We Want

You do not need years of experience in marketing or sales to be considered but you do need to be someone who:

  • Backs themselves and wants to be rewarded for it
  • Thrives around people and prefers action over admin
  • Has a competitive edge whether that comes from sport business or just your own drive
  • Is available full time on site in London and can start within two weeks

If you have come from hospitality retail sport or events you will likely hit the ground running. But plenty of our best people came in with none of that!

Why Us?

You will not find a faster route into real leadership and business in London. This is not a role where you wait your turn. It is a role where you create your own opportunity from day one. If that sounds like you then apply now. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an introductory call to find out more.
