About Global HSE Group: We are a leading Fire Engineering and Consultancy Business. We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels, Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.

Role Overview: We are looking for site operatives with at least 2 years proven experience in Fire Door Joinery/Carpentry. They should have a strong understanding of PFP (Passive Fire Protection) standards. Willing to travel. Global HSE offers diverse job opportunities across various locations. The role includes a company phone, company vehicle and fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing fire doors: Ensuring doors are fitted correctly to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
  • Fire door remedials: Conducting inspections: Identifying defects or non-compliance issues in fire doors.
  • Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • DBS checked
  • NVQ Level 2 in Wood Occupations (Joinery) OR equivalent
  • 2 years experience in Passive Fire Protection
  • Operate phone software to log and record works
  • SSSTS desirable
  • CSCS desirable
