The Role: As a Senior Surveyor Manager, youll lead a team across NI, ROI, and the UK, ensuring high standards in surveying, reporting, and team performance.
Youll drive policy development, training, and department improvements while meeting company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the surveying team to ensure reports meet technical and industry standards.
Oversee workloads and performance, holding regular performance reviews.
Develop and implement departmental policies and training programs.
Conduct audits of surveyor reports and ensure adherence to underwriter requirements.
Mentor and support surveyors pursuing professional qualifications.
Monitor KPIs and report progress to directors.
Stay updated on building regulations and communicate relevant changes to the team.
