Job Title: Banding Operative (Day and Night Shift Rota) Location: Inverness Salary: £13.57 per hour increasing to £14.11 after 12 weeks Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing About Us: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to their customers. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Banding Operative to join our clients team. Role Overview: As a Banding Operative, you will be responsible for operating banding machines, ensuring materials are correctly processed and packaged. You will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to. Key Responsibilities: * Operate banding machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely * Ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled * Monitor and maintain the equipment to ensure smooth operation * Perform quality control checks to meet company standards * Follow all health and safety protocols in the workplace * Work as part of a team to meet production targets * Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly * Support with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized working environment Shift Details: * This position requires flexibility, as you will be working a combination of day and night shifts based on a rotating schedule. * Shift patterns will be shared in advance to allow for proper planning.
