About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment, customer service, and sales. You’ll learn how to source and match candidates to exciting job opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support business growth – all while receiving full training and development. What You’ll Do * Build relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring they’re happy with the service we provide. * Learn how to source and select candidates using online platforms, adverts, and networking. * Keep our database up to date with candidate and client information. * Support the recruitment process from start to finish – including interviews, inductions, and job briefings. * Take part in on-call rota duties (with full support and training). * Identify opportunities to grow the business and pass them on to senior team members. * Get involved in company meetings, reporting, and training to help you grow your skills.
