Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established service delivery organisation seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Lead to oversee and support a busy team of Scheduling Coordinators. This is a key operational role focused on ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial order through to successful installation. You will lead day‑to‑day scheduling activity, support team development, and work closely with field engineers and service delivery teams to ensure efficient, right‑first‑time outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Scheduling Coordinators
- Allocate and manage daily workloads effectively
- Monitor team performance against key operational KPIs
- Act as the main escalation point for customer and engineer queries or issues
- Oversee scheduling, pre‑siting, dispatch, and related workflow processes
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date system records across all scheduling activity
