Role Overview
As a Temporary Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will act as the key point of contact on-site, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with all health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
- Keep accurate site records and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction projects
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certificate
