Global Highland is supporting our client in appointing an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the PMO team for a major FTTP fibre infrastructure programme in Inverness.
You will oversee commercial management from inception to completion, applying NEC contracts, managing forecasts, cost-to-complete and final accounts while coordinating with Programme Managers and contractors on a large-scale civil/telecoms build.
