Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established service delivery organisation seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Lead to oversee and support a busy team of Scheduling Coordinators. This is a key operational role focused on ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial order through to successful installation. You will lead day-to-day scheduling activity, support team development, and work closely with field engineers and service delivery teams to ensure efficient, right-first-time outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
