About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Joiner to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance across properties. You will be responsible for delivering a professional and responsive joinery service across tenants homes, communal areas and other properties. The role will involve a mixture of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and improvement works, with a strong emphasis on completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will be a key representative of the organisation when working in tenants homes, so excellent customer service and a professional approach are essential.
