This is a varied and rewarding, client-facing role, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of the residential property sales process. The Role As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers throughout the property process * Carrying out property marketing appraisals * Conducting accompanied property viewings, with a pool car provided * Preparing property brochures and other marketing materials * Managing property listings and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date * Negotiating offers and supporting clients throughout the sales process * Working closely with the conveyancing team to ensure a smooth client journey * Providing a professional and high level of customer service at every stage The position is office-based in Inverness, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
