Our client is a long-established and well-respected firm in the Highlands, providing high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and businesses across the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and friendly Inverness office.
The Role
- Manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Residential purchases and sales
- Re-mortgages and transfers of title
- New build transactions
- Title examination and drafting of legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Providing clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
About You
- Qualified in Scotland and hold a current practising certificate
- Experience in residential conveyancing (newly qualified to experienced solicitors welcome to apply)
- Well organised and able to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
- Local knowledge of the Highland property market would be an advantage but is not essential.
