As part of the continued development of their commercial and business support functions, they are looking to appoint a Reporting & Digital Transformation Analyst to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and digitally minded professional to play a key role in improving business reporting, data quality and digital processes across the organisation. The Role The Reporting & Digital Transformation Analyst will support the preparation, maintenance and continuous improvement of business reporting, compliance data and digital tools across the organisation. The role will involve collating, validating and presenting information from multiple areas of the business to support HSEQ, compliance, commercial, operational and board-level reporting. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of digital reporting solutions, including Power BI, Microsoft Forms and structured trackers, helping to improve data quality, reporting consistency and process efficiency while supporting evidence-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities Reporting, Data & Analysis Maintain the reporting calendar, coordinate deadlines and liaise with internal contributors to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Extract, collate, validate and analyse data for a range of internal and external meetings and reporting requirements. Prepare information for HSEQ, management, client, bid, contract close and board-level reporting. Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, consistency and the overall quality of business reporting. Digital Systems & Process Improvement Create, maintain and improve digital reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Forms, trackers, organisational charts and structured reporting outputs. Support the development of digital workflows and reporting processes to improve visibility, consistency and efficiency. Assist with system administration and the ongoing improvement of digital reporting solutions. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and make better use of business data and technology. Compliance, Quality & Accreditation Support Maintain compliance and performance trackers, including NCR, PPC and departmental monitoring records. Ensure reporting information remains accurate, up to date and suitable for review. Support QMS, audit, management review and accreditation requirements by maintaining relevant documentation, records and supporting evidence. Assist with the preparation of accurate and accessible information for internal and external reviews. Client, Supply Chain & Business Support Support PQQs, client questionnaires, framework submissions and presentation materials with accurate, consistent and evidence-based information. Provide data and reporting support to commercial and operational teams as required. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure information is captured and presented effectively. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, technology and business processes and is motivated by finding practical ways to improve how an organisation operates and makes decisions.
