The Opportunity Global Highland are looking for a friendly, capable and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our client at a beautiful private country estate near Inverness.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-quality rural environment and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality and service.

Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estate and provide a warm, discreet and professional service to guests and visitors during events at the estate.

This role is for 6 long weekends over September, October and November with accommodation available if required.

First required weekend Wednesday 30th September until Sunday 3rd October 2026 Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments
  • Providing attentive table and guest service
  • Helping with housekeeping and preparing guest accommodation
  • Setting up and clearing rooms for meals and events
  • Assisting with functions, private dinners and special occasions
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Helping with general estate hospitality duties as required
  • Working closely with the wider estate team to ensure guests have an excellent experience Candidate Requirements
  • Friendly, personable and confident around guests
  • Well presented and professional
  • Reliable, organised and willing to be hands-on
  • Comfortable working as part of a small team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
  • Naturally attentive to detail and service
