We’re recruiting for a Finance Admin Temp to provide short term cover for an important project in Inverness. This brief assignment involves accurately transferring financial data between systems and supporting the Finance Director in maintaining the integrity of key financial information over a 2 x day period. This is a fully office based role where attention to detail, accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately transferring financial data between systems
- Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining clear and accurate records and documentation
- Identifying and flagging discrepancies for review
- Supporting the Finance Director with project-related tasks
- Following defined processes and deadlines to ensure data integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts or administrative support roles
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with finance/accounting systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and confidence to escalate issues when needed
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in an office-based project environment
