The Opportunity

Our client, a luxury hospitality business is looking for housekeepers to join their team on a permanent basis. Your role is to contribute to the Front of House Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll be a natural team player, always happy to help others.
  • Provide guests with a consistency warm welcome, organic interactions and excellent service levels.
  • Partner with housekeeping and chef teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Fulfil the housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
