Location: Elgin

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

Job Type: Permanent | 40hrs pw, Monday – Friday, 8 am–5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, policies and procedures, ensuring documentation is audit ready
  • Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes across the business
  • Assist with internal audits, risk identification and reporting of non-conformances
  • Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries across teams and external stakeholders
  • Support ongoing health & safety processes and assist with ISO related documentation and standards
  • Ensure all records are correctly managed using Microsoft Office and SharePoint systems

Requirements:

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling documentation or administrative processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across teams
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint)

Desirable

  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety processes
  • Exposure to ISO standards or compliance frameworks
  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or regulatory support role
