Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate compliance records, policies and procedures, ensuring documentation is audit ready
- Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes across the business
- Assist with internal audits, risk identification and reporting of non-conformances
- Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries across teams and external stakeholders
- Support ongoing health
- Ensure all records are correctly managed using Microsoft Office and SharePoint systems
Requirements:
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail with experience handling documentation or administrative processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint)
Desirable:
