Global Highland is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in the stunning Scottish Highlands – a truly unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled Chef to join a dynamic team in one of Scotland's most adventurous and scenic destinations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes
  • Present dishes to a high standard in both taste and appearance
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times
  • Collaborate with the team on menu planning and introduce new culinary ideas
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper food rotation
  • Adhere to portion control and support cost-efficiency
  • Support, train and guide junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Keep up-to-date with food trends and techniques

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Creative flair with a passion for food innovation
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Rate of Pay: Β£15.00 per hour
