We are currently seeking an experienced Agent / Sub-Agent to join our clients site team in Dounreay and play a key role in the successful delivery of works on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme, quality, and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities Preparation, review and submission of RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) Day-to-day site administration, including permits to work, safety inspections, temporary works inspections and associated documentation Management and coordination of sub-contractors and site labour Carrying out material take-offs and supporting the procurement of materials Maintaining accurate commercial and site records, including site diaries, Early Warning Notices (EWN) and other relevant documentation Liaising with site management, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders Ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications, health & safety requirements and programme Working Pattern Monday–Friday: 07:00–18:00 Every second weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00–16:00 About You We are looking for someone with strong site-based experience who can confidently manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and documentation. Previous experience in an Agent, Sub-Agent, Site Agent, Senior Engineer or similar construction management role would be advantageous.
