Job Description Global Highland are recruiting for a Sous Chef for our client at a boutique hotel in the Cromarty area.
This role has an immediate start available and would be an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef with have a strong skill set and experience of working in a high end kitchen.
This is a full time role 5 out of 7 days with no split shifts and an opportunity to go permanent.
Supervising kitchen staff and delegating tasks Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes Ensuring food quality and presentation standards Managing inventory and ordering supplies Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Training and mentoring junior chefs Assisting with menu planning and recipe development Taking charge of the kitchen when the head chef is absent Knowledge of food safety regulations Annual salary (depending on experience) £36,000-£40,000 plus troncs Full time role, with no split shifts Opportunity for a permanent role in a high end kitchen Please note there is no live in accommodation available for this role.
