Our client is a well-established service provider based in Inverness. Having won multiple awards, they are now looking to grow their team with a Trainee Service and IT Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation, setup, and configuration of photocopiers, printers, and multi-functional devices (MFDs).
- Supporting with network connectivity tasks, including scanning setup, driver installation, and integrating devices with customer IT systems.
- Learning how to diagnose hardware and software faults both remotely and on-site.
- Carrying out routine equipment maintenance to ensure devices are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Helping to maintain service records, complete job reports, and support senior engineers.
What We're Looking For:
- A keen interest in IT, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, network connectivity (IP addressing), and general troubleshooting.
