We are currently recruiting for a Cook to work within a prestigious private family castle residence in the Ross-shire area. This position would be through the agency with potential to become permanent. All levels of experience considered. This is a unique opportunity for a professional cook with high-end private household or castle experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service in a discreet, family-focused environment.
The Role:
- Preparing and cooking daily meals for the family
- Catering for guests and small events as required
- Menu planning and preparation
- Grocery shopping and stock management
- Working independently and managing your own workload
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
- Communicating confidently with the family and children
The Ideal Candidate:
- Essential: Previous experience working in a private household or castle environment
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with family members and children
- Professional, presentable, and highly discreet
