Global Highland are currently recruiting for Front of House for a busy cafe and tourist centre in Fort Augustus.
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team members ideally with barista experience to join full time for the rest of the summer season. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, food and ice cream Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately. Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations. Replenish stock, condiments, and display items as needed. Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service Barista experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and approachable personality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and time management skills. Basic numeracy skills for handling payments. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage. What's on Offer
