Global Highland is working with a valued client in Inverness to recruit a Small Works Plumbing Manager for an exciting new role. We are seeking an experienced Small Works Plumbing Manager to oversee and coordinate our clients minor projects, maintenance contracts, and day-to-day service operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified plumber or experienced supervisor who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and organisation, ensuring every job is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
In this role, you will take responsibility for planning and scheduling works, preparing quotations and materials lists, liaising with clients, builders, and suppliers, and providing technical support on-site when required. You will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and small works plumbing, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous, along with a proactive, customer-focused, and solution-driven approach. A full, current driving licence is essential.
