We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our clients Commercial Team, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver strong commercial performance across projects from tender to final account.
- Provide full QS service from tender stage through to final account.
- Implement and maintain site commercial systems and controls.
- Prepare CVRs, cost-to-complete forecasts and monthly commercial reports.
- Administer contracts, compensation events, variations and final accounts.
- Prepare and submit claims for delay, disruption and loss and expense.
- Procure and commercially manage subcontractors and supply chain.
- Civils construction industry experience.
- Proven CVR, forecasting and commercial reporting experience.
- Commercial claims and subcontract procurement experience.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
