We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Joiner to join their Property Services team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for their tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of joinery repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void properties
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Undertake installations including doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with tenants
- Work collaboratively with other trades and departments to deliver an efficient service
What We’re Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in maintenance joinery, ideally within social housing or property services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
