Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established service delivery organisation seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Lead to oversee and support a busy team of Scheduling Coordinators. This is a key operational role focused on ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial order through to successful installation. You will lead day-to-day scheduling activity, support team development, and work closely with field engineers and service delivery teams to ensure efficient, right-first-time outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Scheduling Coordinators
- Allocate and manage daily workloads effectively
- Monitor team performance against key operational KPIs
- Act as the main escalation point for customer and engineer queries or issues
- Oversee scheduling, pre-siting, dispatch, and related workflow processes
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date system records across all scheduling activity
- Identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience or installation delivery
- Support reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiency and service outcomes
