We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Joiner to join their Property Services team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for their tenants.
- Carry out a wide range of joinery repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void properties
- Undertake installations including doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
Completed apprenticeship or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
Proven experience in maintenance joinery, ideally within social housing or property services
Full UK driving licence
