We're recruiting for a Finance Admin Temp to support an important project for a few weeks in Inverness. This temporary project role involves accurately moving financial data between systems and supporting the Finance Director in maintaining the integrity of key financial information. This is a fully office-based role where attention to detail, accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities:- Accurately transferring financial data between systems
- Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining clear and accurate records and documentation
- Identifying and flagging discrepancies for review
- Supporting the Finance Director with project-related tasks
- Following defined processes and deadlines to ensure data integrity
- Previous experience in finance, accounts or administrative support roles
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with finance/accounting systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to escalate issues when needed
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in an office-based project environment
