The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Joiner to join their Property Services team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for their tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of joinery repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void properties
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Undertake installations including doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and company procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with tenants
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and departments to deliver an efficient service

What We're Looking For

  • Completed apprenticeship or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in maintenance joinery, ideally within social housing or property services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
