Global Highland is working with a well-established industrial supplier who are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of their brand across Scotland. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be involved in the full marketing lifecycle from developing ideas through to delivering campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. You'll help shape engaging content, support brand consistency, and play a key role in driving marketing performance as the business continues to evolve. This position will suit someone who brings energy and ideas, not just delivery, and who can confidently turn concepts into impactful marketing activity. You'll be commercially aware, understand how marketing supports sales, and be comfortable working at pace within a multi-site business. Building strong relationships across teams, particularly with branches and sales, will be key, alongside taking full ownership of work and seeing it through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create and adapt engaging content for digital platforms and offline materials
- Maintain and update content calendars aligned with business activity
- Coordinate production of printed marketing materials including brochures, signage, and point-of-sale assets
- Ensure all marketing activity follows brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver campaigns
