Global Highland are currently recruiting for Front of House for a busy cafe and tourist centre in Fort Augustus.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team members ideally with barista experience to join full time for the rest of the summer season.

Take food and beverage orders accurately using the EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, food and ice cream Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service Barista experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

Full time 35 hours 0830-1730 ~£13.45 per hour ~This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy café environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
