Global Highland are recruiting for a Sous Chef for our client at a boutique hotel in the Cromarty area. This role has an immediate start available and would be an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef with have a strong skill set and experience of working in a high end kitchen. This is a full time role 5 out of 7 days with no split shifts and an opportunity to go permanent.
