Global Highland are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to for our client a luxury hotel in the Dingwall area.

This is the ideal opportunity for a bartender with an excellent knowledge of whisky who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

Take drink orders accurately and process payments using the till/POS system.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and workstations.

Restock beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies as required.

Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.

Be able to talk to guests about the various whiskies available behind the bar

Previous experience working in a bar, pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue.

Good knowledge of whisky, beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar service techniques.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Full time, 40 hours per week ~£16 per hour plus tips ~ Opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate
