Location: Inverness, Scotland Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible hours considered) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Global Highland are currently working with their well established client, a trusted name in office solutions across the Highlands. Currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Sage accounting experience to join their close-knit team. About the Role: As theBookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth financial operation of the business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update Sage accounts system Manage sales and purchase ledgers Prepare VAT returns and submit to HMRC Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Payroll processing (if experienced) Liaise with external accountants and assist with year-end preparations ? What We\’re Looking For: Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts (or similar Sage software) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Good communication skills and a team-player mindset ??
