Global Highland currently have an opening for a proactive and organised HR Officer to join one of their clients based in Inverness, delivering high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Supporting managers with HR advice and employee relations
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring GDPR compliance
