We are dedicated to offering sustainable and affordable solutions for managing vacant buildings by placing working professionals as guardians into these properties, ensuring they are kept safe and secure.
We are currently seeking a Plumber to join our dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is based across various locations in London and the surrounding areas. Your role will be to ensure all plumbing systems across Global Guardians managed properties are maintained and repaired to a high standard, providing safe, functional, and habitable environments for our property guardian customers.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out scheduled and reactive plumbing maintenance and repair tasks at properties across London.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and drainage problems.
- Install and maintain water supply systems, waste pipework, sanitary ware, and other plumbing-related components.
- Ensure all plumbing work meets current water regulations, building standards, and internal company quality requirements.
- Liaise professionally with the Operations Team, tenants, and other stakeholders to coordinate access and job scheduling.
- Use the “My Globe” digital job management system to log tasks, update job progress, and submit completion notes/photos.
- Ensure safe handling and security of tools, equipment, and property keys.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional working environment on-site at all times.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
- Water Regulations (WRAS) certification – desirable.
- Unvented hot water (G3) qualification – desirable.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle – required.
- CSCS card and basic Health & Safety certification – preferred.
- Proven experience in a dedicated plumbing role, ideally within residential or facilities management environments.
- Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with water systems, waste systems, and general pipework.
Salary: ÂŁ35,000 - ÂŁ40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
