Global Guardians is seeking an experienced FM Service Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day facilities and maintenance services across a multi-property portfolio in London and the South East. You will head the maintenance team (~10 operatives), manage budgets, and drive safe, compliant operations that prepare properties for occupancy.
You will oversee reactive, planned and preventative maintenance, ensure contractor performance, and deliver performance improvements using data from MyGlobe.
