About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Timber Frame Designer to join our expanding team. You will play a vital role in designing timber frame structures for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring structural integrity, compliance, and efficient fabrication. This role offers flexibility across various locations and the opportunity to contribute to sustainable construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed timber frame designs and drawings from architectural and structural input.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and manufacturing teams to develop buildable, compliant timber frame solutions.
- Prepare fabrication drawings and specifications to support off-site manufacturing.
- Review and ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and relevant standards.
- Assist with technical queries and provide support during the construction phase.
