About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead business development efforts within the commercial and residential glazing sector. This is a key role focused on building relationships with contractors, architects, and developers, while driving revenue through the promotion of curtain walling, windows, doors, and bespoke glazing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the glazing and façade sector.
- Manage and grow key client accounts including main contractors, developers, and architects.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Work closely with estimating, design, and operations teams to ensure client expectations and project requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new products or technologies within the glazing industry.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the glazing, fenestration, or façade industry.
- Strong understanding of curtain walling, aluminium systems, and glazing solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand architectural specifications.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider commercial team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites and meetings.
Desirable:
- Experience working with system suppliers such as Schüco, Reynaers, or Kawneer.
- Knowledge of building regulations and thermal performance requirements.
- Background in construction or technical sales.
