Job Description
An award-winning high end residential contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor as they prepare to launch several new super prime projects across Central London.\\n\\nWith project values ranging from £15m to £35m, this business delivers some of London's most exclusive private residences. You’ll be working on ultra high end refurbishments that include basement excavations, structural alterations, and luxury bespoke fit-outs featuring everything from spa facilities and pools to cinemas and mews house conversions.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou’ll join a strong, well-supported commercial team and play a hands-on role managing the commercial aspects of one or more projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is a key appointment for the business as they scale up their workload, and they’re looking for someone who is confident managing complex packages and thrives in the detail-driven world of super prime residential.\\n\\nYour responsibilities will include:\\n\\n * Cost planning and procurement strategy development\\n\\n * Managing sub-contract packages and valuations\\n\\n * Financial reporting and CVRs\\n\\n * Liaising closely with clients, consultants and site teams\\n\\n * Maintaining a tight grip on budgets, change control and risk\\n\\n * Supporting pre-construction phases where required
