We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Contractor in London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a vital part of the project team, ensuring commercial control from procurement through to final account. You’ll be working on fast-paced, design-led fit out and refurbishment schemes across a range of sectors – commercial, workplace, hospitality and more. Your Responsibilities: * Managing the commercial delivery of projects up to £10M in value * Preparing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts * Procuring and managing subcontractor packages * Monitoring project budgets, cost reporting and forecasting * Working closely with project managers and site teams to drive successful outcomes * Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners What We’re Looking For: * Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fit out and/or refurbishment sector * Background with a main contractor or specialist interiors contractor * Strong knowledge of commercial processes, contracts (JCT), and procurement * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
